  • This is the Team Around the Child Service, designed to support  schools working in collaboration with families.

BBE provides a facilitated approach where we bring together a team of key adults involved in supporting your student at school.

Through regular, structured meetings, we create a safe space to discuss strengths, challenges, current and future concerns, and to agree on clear, actionable next steps.

This collaborative process is solution-focused, ensuring that everyone involved is working together to support your student’s development and wellbeing.

  • Join one-to-one or group sessions with our team to talk openly about classroom challenges.

We’ll listen, offer practical advice, and help you take positive steps forward.

  • Our gentle, non-judgemental coaching helps educators feel confident and supported when working with neurodiverse children.

These sessions are collaborative, solution-focused, and designed to help you build a more inclusive classroom.

  • We offer hands-on, practical training tailored to the unique needs of your school community.

Whether you're supporting SENCos, TAs, subject leads, or classroom teachers, we meet your team where they are - providing relevant, meaningful learning that fits your current context.

Every training session includes a three-month follow-up to create space for reflection, adjustment, and ongoing support.

    Our professional development offer includes:

    • Annual CPD packages focused on inclusion, adaptive teaching, inclusive classroom practices, and social and emotional learning

    • Bespoke Action Research CPD opportunities, empowering staff to explore, trial, and reflect on approaches that directly impact their learners

    • Responsive in-school training, co-designed with you to ensure relevance and immediate impact

Whether you're building a culture of inclusion or refining specific practices, we work in partnership with you to create change that lasts.

  • Our talks and workshops are designed to be more than just presentations - they’re experiences that engage, challenge, and ignite meaningful conversations.

Whether for whole-staff INSET, conferences, or leadership events, each session is crafted to inspire change, deepen understanding, and spark new ways of thinking.

We cover a range of thought-provoking topics that invite reflection and empower action, including:

    ✔️ From Acceptance to Advocacy
